Google rating weighted by review volume. A clinic with a 4.9 across two thousand reviews ranks above a clinic with a 5.0 across ten, because the depth of evidence matters as much as the score. The data comes from each clinic’s public Google listing and is linked from every profile.
Does a high ranking mean the clinic is right for my treatment?
It means patients consistently rate the clinic well. For specialist work such as implants, orthodontics or full smile makeovers, shortlist from the treatment pages instead, where specialist clinics are listed first, and confirm the treating dentist’s experience with your specific procedure.
How often is the ranking updated?
Review data is refreshed with each site update and the ranking is recalculated from it. A clinic’s position changes only when its published Google rating or review count changes.
Can a clinic pay to be ranked higher?
No. There are no sponsored positions in the ranking. If a featured placement is ever introduced anywhere on the site, it will be labelled as such.
